E6 Glide at Varese

The Adele and Giorgio Orsi Aero Club is organizing the sixth edition of the prestigious eglide competition.
The eglide format is for electric gliders that are permitted to use up to 2kWh of power in an otherwise unpowered Grand Prix gliding race. This is the sixth championship to apply these rules.

E6 Glide will take place in the breathtaking landscapes of the Southern Alps at a perfect time of year for excellent soaring conditions.
It is a great opportunity for pilots to fly in the pre-alpine area at the end of the summer season and for the public to enjoy this sporting spectacle along with the mild climate of the northern Italian lakes.
