Open Class — 576.30 km
The Open Class has been set the longest task of the day at 576.30 km. From the start line north of the airfield (NOTRTH15K, a 10 km line), gliders head west-southwest to Bielawa, a leg of 188.15 km. From there the route turns south-southeast to Bardo (23.99 km), then swings northeast to Gracuch for the longest leg of the task at 267.28 km. A short southward jog to Lysow (24.53 km) precedes the final run back to the Rudniki finish cylinder of 5 km radius, 72.34 km to the west-southwest. The task is a demanding mix of long cross-country legs with two relatively short connectors, and the extended northeastern leg to Gracuch will place considerable demands on energy management.
18 Metre Class — 471.66 km
The 18 Metre task covers 471.66 km over four legs. Gliders depart via a 15 km start line at Kobylczyce to the northwest and set off east-northeast to Szewce, the longest leg at 221.59 km. The route then turns northwest to Idalin (57.97 km) before a long westward run to Gorymokre, 138.97 km. The task closes with a 53.13 km south-southwest leg into the Rudniki finish cylinder. The opening leg to Szewce covers a substantial distance early, making conditions in the first hour particularly significant for task completion.
20 Metre Multi-Seat Class — 552.60 km
The double-seaters face a 552.60 km task with five legs after the start. From the NORTH5K start line, gliders head west to Bakowice (102.66 km), then turn north-northwest to Stradomia (35.38 km). The key leg of the task is then east-northeast to Rakow, a distance of 246.64 km, before a short northward leg to Starachowice (41.57 km). The task finishes with a 126.35 km run west-southwest into the Rudniki finish cylinder.
